The Venus Program is a suite of workshops / seminars which have been specifically designed to educate young women by encouraging them to explore how they communicate both internally / externally as Changes believe these are the fundamental drivers of all human behaviour.

We have a down to earth approach which makes learning and developing effortless, fresh and fun.

Our attendees are able to build on their self esteem, self worth and self belief, which we feel are key factors in young women opting into education, seeking employment, as well as reducing teenage pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.

     We achieve this as our programmes have three core elements running through them:

Installing a more useful, empowering mindset which motivates and strengthens the attendee’s ability to change, develop and achieve.

Step by step guides to achieving enables attendees to see forward progress in what might previously have seemed a long pointless grind.
