but it is usually very low down the list of priorities. We tend to put it
as a ‘to-do’ thing, and moan that we need it now.
We think of relaxing as a time consuming
luxury, not as a necessary part of caring for our fragile body and minds.
Take 90 minutes out your day, learn how to
relax, improve your focus and reduce your stress with a series of weekly
classes being taken through guided meditations, muscle relaxation and breathing
techniques.

you are interested in stress prevention, experiencing the first niggles of
stress or caught up in full blown anxiety this course is for you.
Regardless
of lifestyle, social position or marital status stress is one thing we have all
experienced at some point in our lives.
The
difference is how we deal with it.
This
enjoyable and informative one day class will take you through a complete Stress
Management Program looking at what stress is and how it affects the mind and
body. You will cover a
number of topics including identifying personal stressors and thought control,
and enjoy learning relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.
All in
all a very enjoyable day and a great opportunity for some ‘chill out’ time as
well as learning key skills to incorporate into daily life.
