CHILL OUT                                                An hour and a half of pure sheer bliss

Relaxation is a concept we are familiar with, but it is usually very low down the list of priorities.  We tend to put it as a ‘to-do’ thing, and moan that we need it now. 

We think of relaxing as a time consuming luxury, not as a necessary part of caring for our fragile body and minds.

Take 90 minutes out your day, learn how to relax, improve your focus and reduce your stress with a series of weekly classes being taken through guided meditations, muscle relaxation and breathing techniques.

Change Your Mind                                 Many of us are coping with a ‘mind set’ which does nothing for us.                         In fact it can be highly detrimental

We worry, we’re fearful, we question ourselves regularly and we are not content.

It can sometimes feel like our self-belief has run away and left us, and confidence was a friend of long ago.

What happened?   To be honest, it doesn’t really matter ‘what happened’.     What does matter however is what are you going to do about it?

This highly enjoyable class will take you on a guided tour of yourself, beginning with where you are a now, right through to gaining a fresh understanding regarding the choices and beliefs which built the road to your present location.

On this fascinating inner journey you will work to remove limiting beliefs which have stood in your way for long enough, and install more empowering and up to date ones which not only build confidence and self esteem, they will encourage self belief and inner strength to thrive.

You will rediscover the essence of “who” you truly are and the power to move you towards the quality of life, and the positive confident mind set you have always dreamed of.

STRESS-LESS                                                                                       Whether you are interested in stress prevention, experiencing the first niggles of stress or caught up in full blown anxiety this course is for you.

Regardless of lifestyle, social position or marital status stress is one thing we have all experienced at some point in our lives.

The difference is how we deal with it.

This enjoyable and informative one day class will take you through a complete Stress Management Program looking at what stress is and how it affects the mind and body.  You will cover a number of topics including identifying personal stressors and thought control, and enjoy learning relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.

All in all a very enjoyable day and a great opportunity for some ‘chill out’ time as well as learning key skills to incorporate into daily life.
